Just bought 1g and you don't realize how small 1g is of this stuff until you see it and try to dose it out. You can do the dosing method mentioned on here where you dissolve it in solution and so many ml=mg, but in my opinion, forget the trouble and just buy the caps.
90caps*2.5mg = 225mg for $8.99 so roughly $35 for 1000mg in caps
powder = 1000mg for $5.00
The above reason is why I bought it, but honestly, its almost worth the extra money for the caps. On second thought, that does seem like a lot of extra money. |
