Been taking this for several months now. This was the first creatine product I had ever used. At the time it was on sale so couldn't pass it up. Have been very pleased with it. Definate help in the gym with recovery and strength increases while lifting. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water. I've noticed on days where I didn't get enough in I would tend to start cramping up while working out. Honestly I would give this 5 stars, but since I can't compare it to anything else I'm giving it a 4. Well worth it for the price and results in my opinion. Great choice for a starting creatine mono if you've never used before. |
