Super Pak is the first 'Multi-Vitamin Pack' I have ever tried. At first the idea of taking so many vitamins with breakfast sounded ridiculous. Although I still don't enjoy swalling the packet in the morning, the benefits I have seen after using them after only 5 days is far more than worth it. Last night, for instance, I underslept (school, go figure), but this morning I took my Super Pak and I actually feel well-rested and energenic comparable to a full-night's sleep. I haven't been using them long enough to notice any difference in the gym, but they give me energy and focus, it's a great feeling. The vitamin/mineral profile is outstanding (as goes for almost all Bev. products), and I believe I will be using Super Pak from now on.
*Don't sell yourself short with a regular Multi, you have much to benefit from this stuff.
PS - I recommend taking the pak in the morning so as to give you lasting energy throughout the day. ALSO, the product contains some fish oil which is AWESOME because it means you get some EFA's along with it. It also means your burp's can taste a little funny (not bad, but funny) from the Fish Oil as well as all the other vitamins. Therefore, taking is right before breakfast or even intermitantly during the meal works best for me. Try it out you'll love it, no doubt. |
