Overall a very solid product...I used the mass stack and gained 12 pounds in 8 weeks...pumps were outstanding as well..never before have I gained so much muscle mass in such a short amount of time...what amazes me the most is that i have been out of the weight room for 2 months now, totally abadoning my diet, and i have still retained about 90% of what I gained..i find that remarkable!
