I tried creatine when it first came out and all it did was make me feel like a walking jelly bean. So, I was reluctant to try this. I'm glad I did. I was on NO2 and was disapointed in it, so I gave this a try. Works very well for me and it doesn't bloat like the old creatine. It does taste terrible, but I mix it with welches grape juice and can hardly tell it's there. I take about 14 grams a day.The grape juice may also help by the insulin spike, not sure. It's well worth a try though. |
