Just got a 10LB strawberry bag, gold standard.
Well, although this is quality whey, with 80% protein per serving, I gotta admit the flavour really suck.
It is really overwhelming the shake.. which would be a good thing if it tasted good. The main problem being it tastes really synthetic, like "cheap candy" and altho' there's almost no sugar in it u feel like eating a whole pound of aspartam while swallowing your shake. It's a real pain to drink while mixing dextrose for PWO.
Should have gone for chocolate :x
Anyway, it ain't all bad : great price, great protein intake per serving, and it dissolves very well in water. 5 stars minus 2 for that shitty flavour. |
