This doesn't really dissolve in milk, and forms a big hard sticky egg-like chunk floating on the surface that is very hard to eat... I noticed a conspicuous absence of anything related to TASTE on the bottle. Mixing 1/3rd of a serving in with a chocolate whey drink covered most of the nasty texture, but I think the instructions on the bottle to dissolve 1 scoop (1/4 cup) into 8 oz of milk or water are pure fiction!
I'm gonna try cooking some omlettes with this... although I suppose I could just use eggs from the grocery store for that... I'll let everybody know how that went... |
