It tastes kinda bitter... and it has a very sand/grain feeling in your mouth. It of course does not mix w/ water. If you're not capping it, the best way is to take a scoop and put it in the back of your mouth and wash it down w/ something (water, crystal lite).
Personally.. I dont really taste it. Although, I have tried mixing it w/ my protein shake..its okay.. you can taste a lil bitterness. I use a blender to help w/ the mixing.
If you have tried Bulk CEE and downed that w/ some juice, then the BCAA washed down w/ some water is not as bad as that. All in all, it has helped w/ recovery time. Hope that helps |
