Been taking this for three weeks now going on four. I can definitely notice an increase in testosterone purely based on the fact that my skin is more oily than usual and my sex drive has increased quite a bit. I haven't noticed any muscle gain but that's because I haven't been hitting the gym very hard lately. Fat does come off a little easier but that could be anything not necessarily this product. But the product does increase testosterone and does increase sex drive. Going to try another bottle when I’m lifting regularly to see how it works for muscle gain. I like this product and would recommend it. I take 3 capsules in the morning with meal and 2 capsules in the late afternoon so I take one more than it says to. |
