I have been using for 3 months. I have seen gains, not tremendous, but none the less, gains. I think it is an excellent product, combined with right diet and lifting. The price is good, taste is good and in my opinion a very good product. I will keep using and the gains should continue. I just ordered another 10 lbs, vanilla this time. I will write anther review in a few months. So far, Very Pleased.
