Does exactly what it claims. Gives you a well rested, dream filled sleep and upon waking you feel like you've gotten atleast a good 8 hours without having actually slept that much. In turn, leads to more energy throughout the day, and more power to get things such as cardio, weight training, and just odds and ends completed how you'd like them to be. I reccomend.
