Nothing too great for the price. I did get some pumps but nothing built up like they claim. Follow the instructions about an empty stomach....if not....well you'll see. Do not take this with a lot of water before you lift or you will pay!!
I didnt see any noticable gains but the pumps are ok for like 10 minutes. Taste is ok but that was the last thing I was concerned with. I did notice my veins popping out a little more than without taking this. I didn't take it one day and I did notice the difference. This was my first NO product and I wasn't very impressed. I will not buy this again, but then again, everyone is different maybe you'll have some better luck. |
