I have been using 3g DiArginine Malate in a cocktail w/ 3g Citrulline Malate, 1g L-Glutamine, 1g Taurine and 5g Creatine Mono or 3g CEE, pre and post workout for about a month now. While I have seen small but noticeable improvements in endurance and the ability to maintain intensity, the cost of these supps is probably not worth the 5-10% improvements I have seen unless you are a serious competitor or have a lot of money to spend. The pumps are nice, but not exactly blowing me away.
I have been doing 45 mins of cardio x 4/week plus 3 weight days and 2 high intensity cardio days plus 1 power yoga workout, and any help is appreciated when you are working that hard! |
