I took this one because of its size. there was only MRM in 10 lbs size and it doesn't have good reviews about tasting. optimum is acceptable when mixed with milk only. who says it tastes good even mixed with water, probably he used only soy proteins before this one:) It easily mixes, no problem at all. quality protein and high rate of it. but there is much better tasting whey proteins available if you do not have to choose 10 lbs bag like me.
take some of it to smaller box which you will use in shorter time and the rest will stay fresh. |
