This stuff (apple ectasy) is absolutely awesome. I use it for my PWO shake and mix it with 25g of dextrose and 25g of malto and it tastes like a green jolly rancher. I also throw in some creatine and glutamine and you cant even taste it. Just make sure you use a shaker. Good Stuff!
