I have been on this product for 2 weeks. I take 3 scoops of this and 1 scoop of ON Pro Complex after my workouts. I have gotten some solid gains. I would say that you could reasonably gain a pound of lean mass a week with this stuff. The best part is that is tastes good when you mix it with water and whipped cream and it does not bloat you up. There is also minimal fat gain as far as I've noticed. Great product, all of beverly's stuff is top notch, though. |
