Good stuff, better recovery, and less soreness. Mix it and let it sit a few minutes and then shake it again. The only downside is the taste is awful, but so are any other BCAA's.

To improve the taste I add 2g of citrulline Malate & 1-2 teaspoons of dextrose that would go in my shake. This seems to really kill the after taste.
