Just ordered my third tub.
I've been in a cutting mode for awhile now. My calories are much leaner and usually that equates to a drop-off in strength in the gym. This stuff has kept my strength unusually high during my cutting phase....that alone should give it a 5 rating.
However, I deducted a point for one reason....I simply do not get these incredible pumps everyone here seems to boast about. A matter of fact, the pumps are no more noticeable to me then if I didn't take it at all. That being said, it gives me strength and energy and that's what counts...pumps are frosting on the cake if you get them.
