I can't say for sure how good this product works since it only had a very mild effect on me. I was on a hypocaloric diet and exercise regimen while using it for approximately 2 weeks at 3-4sprays/pec once a day. I was using it strictly on my chest to try and reduce chest fat. It SEEMED to have a mild effect on chest fat, but this could have been related to dehydrating the tissue. I have a mild case of residual gyno from puberty that I'm trying to minimize by building muscle and losing fat.
I wasnt able to finish the bottle due to extreme tissue irritation. My skin became very dry and cracked from this product to the point that using it caused me extreme pain for 15minutes after applying it. This did not happen until I'd been using the product daily for over a week.
Conclusion. Topical fat loss is probably still a myth. I dont care what ingredients any company puts in a topical fat loss product, it probably wont do much. I think this product is a good effort, and it may work for some, but not for me.
