I take this at the same time as I do any stimulants on a cutting phase. It makes them work a little better in the brain, so focus and energy is higher than with just stimulants alone. Even with this, I haven't noticed any jitters, though the focus was kind of intense the first couple of times (stacked with Scorch). After you get used to it, it's great. For being this cheap, it's great to add to your cutting cycle for syneristic effects.
