This product is da bomb digitty. If you drag youself to the gym or sometimes drag ass while you are in the gym you need to purchase this stuff. You will actually want to stay in the gym and workout harder and the recovery time is awesome, it gives you energy, helps you focus, and helps you recover while you work out.
