This is the right Zinc [Picolinate] if you have trouble absorbing enough of it through other means. Being in capsules elininates the need for binders so this is a really good way to get zinc in the ideal and most bio-available picolinate form which is so useful if you have an Inflamatory Bowel Disease or malabsorption problems.
50 mg. per capsule is the ideal dose for most men though a bit heavy for women. Most vendors only carry the smaller of the two sizes but "BULK" carries both, so we save a little by getting the larger bottle. |
