I'm very impressed with my results so far. The ethyl ester takes creatine supplementation to a whole new level! I'm a creatine non responder. I've never had success with regular creatine monohydrate. I've had success with Swole V2 and San's V-12 but they do not even come close to creatine ethyl ester! My muscles are very noticeably fuller and the "pump" I get is great. Recovery is a little better and I'm starting to have a noticeable improvement in strength on compound exercises.
The only down side is that you have to have a digital scale to weigh the powder for every serving. I already had a scale so this wasn't an issue. The powder clumps up easily making it impossible to guess an accurate serving size so get a scale if you don't have one! I played around with the dosage a little bit since there was very little information on how much to take. I find taking 3 gram servings twice a day to work well. I'm going to up it to 4 gram servings starting tomorrow. I would recommend people under 200lbs to take 2 gram servings twice a day and people over 200lbs to start at 3 gram servings twice a day and increase if necessary. |
