Hydroforce made me doing longer cardio at a lower heart beat. May be because the Magnesium malate and the magnesium-creatine-chelate. i belive that d-ribose can increase miocard ATP.
I got the lemon Cooler it taste good 5/5.
The only Hydration product i have tryed before Hydroforce is "isostar". i hate to say that but i wont buy isostart anymore.
Hydroforce is ~$ 1.1 per serving . Like almoste VPX product Hydroforce is expensive but it work.
i will try to homebrew my own hydration brevage but il will not tast as good as hydroforce and d-ribose cost $$$$
i drink 1/2 serving before sleep so i dont wake up thirsty. |
