I take this for the sole purpose of helping me get a good nights sleep. That is what this product does best, I sleep hard and well, even if it is for a short while I feel rested and ready to go early the next morning. I don't know how well it helps me with my strength, which has been steadly improving.
This product is cheap enough to be a staple to anyones daily diet
