I agree with the other review, vanilla isn't TERRIBLE but i really have to force myself to pound this stuff down, but as a pre bed shake I find it second to none, I make my best gains when I take one of these shakes with 2 scoops every night while training. It mixes at best into a pudding like texture with a few added "flavor" chunks, overall i find myself drinking it like I drink a strong mixed drink of alcohol, taking huge swigs so i dont have to taste it. But it does wonders.
