Very good mood enhancer. I take about 500-800mg once a day and it works quite quickly and very well. I have given some to my family members as well and it improved the mood of even the grumpiest. I highly recommend this product. Putting it into capsules is preferably since it does not taste pleasant. I've tried 5-HTP and St. Johns Wort for depression/low mood and neither of them appeared to work. I'm convinced this product works well beyond a placebo effect and I am usually very disappointed with products. |
