Ok, after the first two weeks the inevitable lethargy as well as back pain set in....My physical appearance really started to take shape....fuller muscles, vascularity, etc.. My strength hit a plateau somewhere after two weeks as the lethargy may have limited max effort, but the first two weeks of use drove my strength up significantly. After a recent shoulder/bicep surgical repair Monster caps was able to help me start benching with the big boys again...so essentially, I got what I was looking for out of this product....
