After I get home from the gym and take a scoop with OJ as mentioned before. I wait about 10 min and take my protein shake.

one thing i noticed, i get a little tired, like its a bed time tonic. Not sleepy like pills, just the really full feeling. Kind of like the same feeling you get on Thanksgiving after eating all day.

One in the AM with my shake and after I work out. Great product, wish I had this before.

ps- taste is plain and easily mixes with a spoon
