Stuff is awesome, and it tastes great. I got the grape. My only gripe, and I didn't get this when I bought my previous Xtend, but littel chunks of white stuff that doesn' not dissolve in the water. They sink to the bottom and you have to down it at the end, its like swallowing sand. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but, its a pain in the ass. Other than that I use this during lifting and cardio sessions. Easy to drink, great taste.
