I was skeptical at first but it came highly recommended by a friend. It's starchy, very starchy. It doesn't dissolve too well, and requires a good deal of water to cut it. Despite all that it does 2 things really well: speed up recovery and fills your muscles up fast.
The first time I tried this I literally felt my self swell up and in a good way. I had no bloating, no cramps, etc... It empties out the stomach fast too. Great for putting those aminos fast into the blood stream. The taste is easily masked though. The sweetness of my post work out mix knocks the chalkiness out fast.
Pound for pound it is more expensive than just plain sugar but I seem to respond to this better. I down 70 grams of carbs this way and haven't gained one percent of body fat. I'm already high on the carbs diet wise. I think the price is worth the performance. After 6 months of use I have had great results. I totally recommend it!
