I ordered this stuff, but before trying it out I had purchased some from GNC. It's the same stuff, except it's cheaper and easier to take a high dose, ALTHOUGH it tastes like ass (I'm a champ though, you can get it down if I could). Basically I'm using this in a stack

I also take a few other assorted vitamins and proteins, and hit the gym regularly. Plus I recently quit smoking two weeks ago, so I am in pretty good shape with no history of depression. The St. John's Wart and 5-HTP aren't bad, but it's the Rhodiola that cuts through the mix. It's a steady calm/uplifting feeling that carries throughout the day with added energy and recovery time after workouts. I think it's the crucial element in my stack. The best part about it, is that it allows you to function. My digestive system isn't fucked up like some things I have taken. Overall, if you like a mild-medium high/peaceful feeling throughout your day with added energy, take some of these natural herbs. It's cheaper and safer than quick thrills like marijuana or harder drugs like opiates or amphetamines.
