taste:
very sweet and tart. not horrible, but doesnt taste good either. i usually mix it with 4 oz of fruit juice.
effects:
i dont really feel a "pump" with this product. not to say it doesnt work but ive come to realize my body does not respond to arginine supplements very well. i mixed this into my "home made" prework out drink consisting of this, citrulline malate, bcaa, glut, and cee. ive actually stopped using this product and stuck to citrulline, bcaa, and glut.
overall:
in my opinion arginine is arginine. if i were to buy arginine again. i wouldnt buy it as a stand alone product. |
