EFFECTS:
i take 1-2 per meal based on how big my portion is. is my meal is small ill take one, but if i carbo load ill take two. it really helps get the stomach down and remove that bloated feel. i also take one with every protein shake to help with digestion and absorption. i also take 2 at night before i go to bed. when i wake up my waste is tight and lean. really helps your stomach "start a new day" |
