Without a doubt this is the best tasting mix I have ever had in over 15 years of shakes. The chocolate is amazing. The protein is cross spectrum and nothing is hydrolized. This is a meal replacement tho, not a protein shake, so the protein levels are just OK per serving. Mix with fat-free milk to bump it up. The one drawback is that you have to use an electric mixer or else it will clump. That's a pain when not at home but it's the only drawback I have. I sometimes add coffee to change the flavor.
