I'm trying to get in as least 350 grams of protein a day with food. However, it can be tough at times, especially if you're trying to eat clean (low fat, low glycemic index carbs)
Aside from my post workout protein with ON 100% Whey, this is useful inbetween meals and before bed. This Soy protein isnt ideal for post-workout but it certainly has its place.
all in all, not bad. Doesnt seem to mix as easilly as the hydrolyzed whey but its alright. Does better in the blender. i ordered the Dutch Chocolate version BTW.
IMO, whey is tastier.
