This product is awsome in the appetite suppressant area! I was only taking one pill in the morning and it was fine for everyday energy, but not enough for hard core cardio.....so I waited for 7 days and took two together and it was most most definately strong it made me want to get up out of my seat and do something, so that was good for working out. I love the product EXCEPT I didn't like the way it made me feel when I was in the sun.......its summer time and I am in the heat outside through out the day. It made my skin feel ichy not a good feeling. On the bottle it does say you should not be in the heat over a degree (cant remember which degree) so that part is true. I was out one time in the heat in the shade (I took venom before I went) watching my husband play paintball and when I went home and looked in the mirror I had red spots on my face kind of like a sunburn and then it peeled like a sun burn...............I was not in the sun to get a sun burn, so I am going to take the product again in the winter when its not so hot..............still like the product....but use caution when you are in the heat or sun! |
