This is probably one of the best protein meal replacement drinks out. Great balance of protein and carbs along with a substantial amount of vitamins and minerals. I love the Extreme Chocolate. I love this drink in the morning for breakfast along with frozen berries and a pinch of Creatine, also, after a workout to help in the recovery process.

It is worth a try.
