I researched all WMS before I bought this and decided that this was the best deal, and I still feel that way. Like someone else said, good product for a fraction of the cost of the name brand products... mixes pretty easy with water... but add some crystal lite to give it a good flavor because otherwise it is really chalky.
I mix it with bcaas and creatine pre-workout and bcaas and creatine post workout. Then, 30 minutes later I take my whey protein powder so the whey doesn't slow down the effects of the WMS |
