Anyone who buys this, read the dosage 1/4 teaspoon is like 380mg, a dose is like 5-10 mg so you HAVE to dilute it, i just put it in like 8 oz water and dilute it from there. It's HCl so it will dilute in water fine, just use a clean glass container that seals.
