Ive tried other ZMA products before and again bulks generic brand is just as good if not better then the name brands you cant beat the price of these products they produce results and help you save cash. Since using this product ive definetly gotten better sleep ive only begun to get the detailed and strange dreams but i no this products is working any way at 15$ a bottle cant go wrong.
