Well, I read the reviews and it sounded like it was working well for almost everyone, so I bought some.
I have gone up to 5 g with and w/o l-theanine and have never felt a thing. Dont know why because it seems like everyone else feels it. Some feel it too much. Maybe I'm not a responder for some reason I dont know. I wanted to use it as a relaxant to help me sleep, but to no avail. But at least for me, it was a waste of money |
