This is my first review on this site and I just wanted to start by mentioning how ridiculous it is when people post reviews on supps after one day's use or even during that first day. It seems some people are expecting too much from supps and relying very heavily upon them. I know this is nothing new. Just wanted to throw that out there considering it has already been done among the reviews for this product. Yes, I am well aware of the marketing hype for products. Then again, so should everyone else who considers using supps.

Alright, I am training for strongman competition but also have a specific aesthetic goal. Strength is my number one priority so anything I do for aesthetics cannot affect it.

I have used several different stims/thermos over the years. One difference I have noted with Recreate is that I don't get the stim effects like I did with AMP, HEAT, etc. To be honest, I feel nothing at all when I use Recreate.

I have been watching what and how much I eat...but nothing super strict with regards to nutrition. I typically pop 2 Recreate caps first thing in the morning before my low intensity fasted cardio (35-45mins) and then 2 more caps a few hours later. This is coupled with 4 gym days and 1-2 strongman specific days per week. Have been doing this for 3 weeks now with the addition of Recreate.

Is this stuff working? Who knows?? All I know is that my strength is still on the rise and I'm visibly getting leaner (i.e. abs, obliques, and serratus anterior are coming back through) while my weight stays roughly the same (around 250lbs). Perhaps a little recomp? It could definitely be a possibility. I haven't done any measurements simply because I really don't care to.

Just a few stats: I am a 23 year old male, work full-time, and have not incorporated any illicit ergogenic aids to date. Have been training since I was 16 first for baseball, then bodybuilding, then a little powerlifting, and now for strongman (strongman training for about a year, have not competed yet). Though I have used thermos in the past, this is the first time I really want to get somewhat ripped...for the obvious superficial reasons of course ;)

I have read several reviews on other sites and they seem to be mixed. But from the progress I've made thus far, I will continue using Recreate.
