Just took my first dose....and have a quick observation about the packaging and dosing. The label states 1/4 tsp = 580 mg and the serving size is 100 mg.....luckily, you want 300 mg...so you take plus or minus 1/8 tsp. otherwise forget about trying to measure out "a pinch" or like 1/6th of a 1/4 tsp! Another thing...in the 5 gram size the container dwarfs the miniscule ingredients awaiting you inside (a mere 3 tsps!). The 5 gram container contains about 16 - 300 mg servings for $15.00 and 6OXO is about $1.65 per 300 mg serving...just FYI.... |
