Usage notes: TAKES A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO FEEL IT. I wiegh about 200lbs and loaded with 8g for the first 4 weeks: 2g pre, 2g pwo, 2g morning and 2g night. By the time week 2 and 3 rolled around, I began to notice less burning (lactic acid build up) and more endurance in lifts and cardio. I feel this product is getting more effect week by week. I'm now at week 5 and have drop the dose down to 6g and will just do this dose here on out. I curious to see how much my performance will improve as my carosine level began to top out in the following week. So far, I'm loving it!! |
