this is a pretty good source of protein and other nutrients. i consume one scoop pre, and post workout which gimme pretty good workouts. the only thing is i wish they used stevia instead of fructose as a sweetener but all in all its a good product.
oh yea, another thing, this shake actually makes me hungry as hell probably due to the fast absorption rate of whey.
