after taking this product for the first 10 days of the cycle i have felt some increased power in my workout. maxes have not necessarily improved, but i feel like i am maintaining good energy longer throughout my workout; my 'aggression' when i attack the weights seems prolonged especially on power exercises like squats. this may be placebo, but i have to say i feel more solid like my control is better. As far as side effects, i have experienced no major ones except the first couple nights i had night sweats like i used to have when i was 15 or 16, my face felt very flush...i have also noticed that i get thirsty more easily. i drink A LOT of water throughout the day and while training, but i have noticed a difference in how easily i can hydrate. hope this was a little helpful. i am posting because i was unable to find many detailed reviews in my search and i thought some progress reports might help others out. i will give and update in another ten days... |
