I have been using M-Stak off and on for a couple of years. This is not a miracle drug but it works. As far as the gains, I have stacked it with M1T so I'm not sure of the M-Stak gains alone. This gives your body the nutrients it needs to produce more hormones but not a huge testosterone boost. It is a safe way to keep hormone function at optimum levels. And a nice additive to PCT cycle. I would recommend this to those who want steady gains, not to those looking for a miracle.
