I've been taking NO for about 2 weeks now. Along with following the recommended dosages I have been eating very healthy with a lot of protein (expecially after workouts). I have gained around 8lbs in these 2 weeks, and while a lot of it may be from all the water I have been drinking to accomidate for the cryatine intake, I look a lot more jacked then when I wasn't taking this stuff. It gives me noticeable energy during my non-workout days and a good boost during each workout. My veins, especially in my arms and traps, stick out noticeably more and are fun to look at while I'm lifting. I haven't really noticed too much of a strengh increase, but technically strengh is not the main focus of NO. And although my strengh has not increased a ton; I look like I can lift a lot more than I actually can. Isn't that one of the goals to working out... (when you're not in a sport or anything) ...looking strong. I have been having a few soupy shits every now and then so that kind of sucks... The lemon lime flavoring is pretty good as long as you are generous with the NO:water ratio, it tastes almost like the gatorade mix. Brandan 5'10 207lbs |
