I almost feel bad writing a negative review about a San product. I've always had excellent results with most of their products. However, this is not one of them. Perhaps part of the reason is my fault. I thought I was getting something better than the original V12 Turbo, but this stuff doesn't even have caffiene in it! Like I said, I should've read the ingredient list better. So this is not a very good pre-workout energizer. I actually have to stack it w/ a Venom to feel something.
However, pumps are a different story! This is one of the best supps I've used for muscle pumps. I'm one of those guys that thinks "if you don't get a good pump, it wasn't a good workout". And this definately helps in the muscle pump department.
Last but not least....Taste. Perhaps if this stuff rocked me like V12 Turbo then I wouldn't care what it tastes like however it doesn't and the it tastes like shit too. I can only speak for orange, but it almost tastes metallic or mechanical. 10 minutes in the freezer helps, but it's still not great. |
